Losing a beloved pet is one of the hardest experiences, and we are here to provide compassionate and personalized care during this difficult time. Here is what you can expect when you trust us with this delicate service:

Arrival Notification: Once you place your order, our driver will send you a text message to let you know the exact time they will arrive at the specified address as soon as possible.
Collection of Your Pet: Our driver will carefully pick up your pet. You will also receive a candle and an order form during this visit.
Cremation Process: Typically, the cremation takes place the following day. We will send you a text message to let you know when the process begins, allowing you to light the candle you received in memory of your beloved companion. Cremations start at 7 AM on weekdays. Please note, we do not perform cremations on weekends.
Free Additional Keepsakes: You may request a paw print, a cremation certificate, and a fur clipping from the driver at no additional cost—they are all included in the service.
Returning the Ashes: Once the cremation is complete, we will send you a tracking number for the ashes. For added convenience, we also offer personal delivery every second weekend.
