My daughter chameleon passed away on the 22nd of Dec 2023. They collected his body very quickly and was told even though its a holiday that it wouldn't take any longer than 10 days to get his ashes back.. its the 2nd of Jan 2024 and still haven't got the ashes back. I've called and have been told that the ashes have not been sent yet because they have been closed so they will be sent sometime this week. We chose this place as we thought we would be getting them back quickly and that they work through the holidays.  Not very impressed that we have to still wait .
